Campbell's Pioneer Dairy ~ Then and Now
Campbell's PIoneer Dairy stayed in business for 66 years, through three generations of the Campbell family. Newton Campbell started selling milk in 1910 and his grandson, Bill, sold the last quart of milk in 1976. The large black and white photograph in the middle of the first photograph is an aerial view of the dairy in the 1950's (I believe).
The dairy was sold in 1987 to Turner Dairy (Pgh). Posted below are photographs taken over the years. The most recent pictures were taken in 2010. Improvements have been made to the property and buildings since then. To enlarge images and see captions, click on individual pictures.
